Prime Builders is a sole proprietorship concern of Mr. Anthony Cedric Dias and it began its business operations in July 1994.

The business is conducted in the field of real estate development, i.e., the promotion and construction of residential and commercial building complexes, for sale to the general public.

Prime Builders has its own elegant and spacious office premises located on two floors of the building known as "Prime Corner", adjacent to the road leading to INS Gomantak, in Vasco da Gama.

During the last 25 years, Prime Builders has created a solid track record, having completed the construction of 32 different projects in and around Vasco da Gama, such as multi-storeyed commercial and residential buildings, bungalows, row houses and also a 3-star and 4-star hotel. At present, another 4 projects are under execution, including a new hotel.

Through the years, Prime Builders has gained valuable experience in the field but nonetheless it is always striving for improvement in its work, driven as it is by a continuing desire to respect and uphold the trust of its valued customers by delivering better value every time.

The construction activity is looked after by technically qualified persons who are based on the construction site itself and at administrative levels in Office. Besides this, every project has a senior and experienced Consulting Architect and Structural Engineer who design and oversee implementation of the technical aspects of the Project. Skilled and trained workmen are hired and services of experienced professionals in the business are utilised wherever necessary to supplement the expertise gained by Prime Builders over the years.

In conducting its business affairs, Prime Builders lays great importance on being completely honest in its approach and transparent in all its dealings with others, including its own bankers and also bankers who may be financing its customers. ABOUT CEDRIC DIAS-OUR DRIVING FORCE

Anthony Cedric Dias, alias Cedric Dias, is the Sole Proprietor of Prime Builders. Hailing from a Goan middle class family, Cedric started his working career immediately after the demise of his Father at the young age of 20 years and from there he went on to spend many years quite happy to work in service with others, before unexpectedly and somewhat reluctantly embarking on his solo entrepreneurship effort.

With a hard-working and honest nature, coupled with a low profile, un-assuming and friendly approach towards all, Cedric slowly but steadily built up his business, overcoming a myriad of obstacles and great odds and is presently one of the most trusted and well reputed builders in Vasco da Gama.

Cedric acknowledges with humility all the help and support he has had from his family, employees and business associates and believes it has greatly contributed to his success.

Cedric is a religious person who always acknowledges God’s grace upon his life, taking him through every trial along the way. He leans upon God in every sphere of his life, believing strongly in the promise of God who said,
